Published in October 2024, this novella comprises three short stories, a combination of fantasy, magical realism, and absurdist comedy, inspired by my experiences in New York City. All three stories are disconnected and can be read individually.​ The three stories are as follows:

A Tree-Mendous Scandal in Central Park

Set in New York in 1899, the story follows an eccentric inventor named Elias Van Witt who invented a potion for resurrecting the dead. After its test trial on a fresh corpse goes horribly wrong, he attempts to get rid of the potion by pouring it away in Central Park. Soon, a nearby elm tree has come to life and is causing havoc in the park, and Elias must figure out what to do before the city wakes up and discovers what he's done.

The Heroes & Villains of Hell's Kitchen

Grisha and Mickey are two housecats with an incredible gift: they have the magical ability to transform into human superheroes. Tonight, they must search the city for their archenemy, the LabRat, and take him down.

The Demon Suitcase of Convent Avenue

It's Christmas, and Phoebe has to get all the way across New York to catch a flight home for the holidays. Her only problem is that her suitcase literally has a life of its own - a demonic spirit in the form of a suitcase. With no intention of getting on a plane, her demon suitcase is being difficult and has every intention of sabotaging her trip.
